Man unterscheidet primäre Vaskulitiden, wenn die Entzündung am Gefä die Ursache der Erkrankung ist, von sekundärenVaskulitiden, die als Folge einer anderen Grundkrankheit wie einer Kollagenose oder Infektionskrankheit auftreten.
