Verletzungen der Frontobasis bergen auch im Kindesalter das Risiko einer sekundären intrakraniellen Infektion [10–12, 14, 15]. In der References sind die Parameter, die eine operative Revision der Schädelbasis im Kindesalter (und Erwachsenenalter) stützen, jedoch sehr uneinheitlich beurteilt.
