Abstract

I made three series of drawings aboard the Grigory Mikheev whilst on the Cape Farewell 2008 expedition to Disko Bay. They came out of the desire to make work that embodied an emotional response to climate change. The work evolved from an idea I took with me: to make drawings with felt-tip pens that would then be submerged in arctic water.
