Abstract

Unfold brings together a body of work by a diverse group of artists, musicians and other creative practitioners, made in response to three Cape Farewell expeditions; the High Arctic 2007 and 2008 and the Andes expedition 2009. In addition to profiling the artists through both images and text, this publication contains contributions that broaden the discourse around climate issues from a number of invited writers, reinforcing the underlying ethos of Cape Farewell as an organisation, that along with its collaborative relationships, continues to promote the value and importance of a cultural response to climate change.
