Die Modelle elektronischer Demokratie könnten unsere Vorstellungen von politischer Zusammenarbeit, Regierungsarbeit und EntScheidungsprozessen verändern. Für die Nutzung der Beteiligungspotentiale gibt es bereits zahlreiche Beispiele, aus denen Chancen, Risiken und Problemfelder für die österreichische Politik und Verwaltung abgeleitet werden können.
