Abstract
I would like to start my report with introducing myself. From an educational philosophical point of view, I have tried to reconstruct the pedagogy as an integrated and fundamental educational theory — we call it „Ninngenn-Keisei-Ronn“ (Theorie der Menschenbildung) — which should be constructed through the repeated feedback’s from the people actively engaged in educational practices. I, therefore, have organized some research groups for educational-therapeutic case studies and then I have cooperated with teachers in their in-service training.
