Abstract
Three poorly preserved fragments of a draft of part of a petition, roughly written in an irregular example of Ammon’s draft hand on what is apparently the original verso of the papyrus since the quality of the surface is poor. Standing at the left, the Duke fr. a carries the beginnings of eleven lines, with margins at top and left. At the right, leaving an interval varying from about 4 to nearly 8 cm stands the second fragment, consisting of Duke fr. b and the Köln fragment joined together; it bears interrupted continuations of the eleven lines of fr. a plus part of a twelfth line. On the other side is no. 17.
