Zusammenfassung
Die Erkenntnis, daß das Ergebnis von Kaufentscheidungsprozessen des Konsumenten entscheidend von der Nutzung relevanter Informationen abhängt, hat in letzter Zeit zu einer verstärkten Analyse des Informationsverhaltens der Konsumenten geführt. Während anfangs das Problem der Werbewirkung im Mittelpunkt wissenschaftlicher Analysen stand, hat sich inzwischen die Forschungsperspektive erheblich ausgeweitet, und das Kaufentscheidungsverhalten wird oft schlechthin als Informationsverhalten interpretiert. Diese Sicht führte notgedrungen zu einer breiteren theoretischen Orientierung der Erforschung des Informationsverhaltens beim Kaufentscheid des Konsumenten. Die Zahl der herangezogenen und weiterentwickelten theoretischen Ansätze aus verschiedenen sozialwissenschaftlichen Disziplinen ist beachtlich angewachsen. Der folgende Beitrag will deshalb neben der näheren Betrachtung des Informationsverhaltens (analytischer Bezugsrahmen) vor allem auf solche theoretischen Ansätze hinweisen, die bei der Erklärung des Informationsverhaltens herangezogen werden können (theoretischer Bezugsrahmen). Beide Sachverhalte sind eng miteinander verflochten, so daß es nahe lag, den Begriff „analytisch-theoretischer Bezugsrahmen“ einzuführen.
