Die politischen Parteien im demokratischen Transitions- und Konsolidierungsprozeß in Südamerika: Argentinien, Chile und Uruguay im Vergleich

Zusammenfassung

Ziel der folgenden Ausführungen ist es, den spezifischen Beitrag der Parteien zum Demokratisierungsprozeß in Argentinien, Chile und Uruguay zu ermitteln. Die Parallelen in der politischen Entwicklung der drei Länder laden zum Vergleich ein. Dabei wird deutlich, daß sich unter der Oberfläche gemeinsamer Merkmale und historischer Erfahrungen erhebliche Unterschiede bezüglich der Institutionen und des Verhaltens der beteiligten Akteure verbergen.
