Zusammenfassung

Die „klassische“ Elektrophorese [1–4] ist die Standardmethode der biochemischen und biomedizinischen Analytik zur Trennung und Isolierung von Nucleinsäuren, Aminosäuren, Kohlenhydraten, Peptiden, Proteinen, Enzymen und Glycoproteinen. Es können sowohl anionische und kationische, niedermolekulare Biosubstanzen und große Biopolymere als auch Partikel und Zellen mit Hilfe der Elektrophorese getrennt werden.
