Zusammenfassung

In gewisser Weise ist Softwareentwicklung „Originalentwicklung“. Wir sprechen bewußt nicht von „Software-Fertigung“, sondern von einem „Software-Entwicklungs’-Projekt“. Wir meinen, einen etablierten Arbeitszusammenhang, in dem eine Zielvorstellung durch die Entwicklung eines Softwareprodukts realisiert werden soll. Bei der Vereinbarung eines Softwareprojekts werden die angestrebten Ziele abgesteckt, der Gegenstandsbereich abgegrenzt, die Anzahl und Qualifikation der zu beteiligenden Personen festgelegt sowie die Ressourcen und Rahmenbedingungen vereinbart. Die Ziele, die bei der Etablierung eines Softwareprojekts häufig vereinbart werden, sind z.B.:

  • Steigerung der Produktivität der Arbeit und Effektivität der Organisation,

  • Verbesserung der Qualität der Arbeit und der Arbeitsprodukte,

  • Erhöhung der Transparenz und Durchlässigkeit von Organisations- und Entscheidungsstrukturen.
