Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel kommt das bisher formaltheoretisch dargestellte Modell zur ersten praktischen Anwendung. Die einzelnen Schritte des Modells werden am Beispiel der Bewertung eines in den Bereichen Forschung und Entwicklung eingesetzten Normen-Informations-Systems (MS) veranschaulicht. Dieses MS wurde bei einem Technologiekonzern im Hinblick auf eine konzernweite Integration auf seine zu erwartende Wirtschaftlichkeit untersucht. Die anstehende Investitionsentscheidung fand in dem erarbeiteten Modell wirkungsvolle Unterstützung.
