Abstract
Die Verantwortung eines Unternehmens erstreckt sich nicht nur auf das Endprodukt, sondern auf sämtliche ökologischen und sozialen Auswirkungen die bei der Herstellung des Produktes in der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette (Supply Chain) entstehen. Daher rückt die Schnittstelle von Nachhaltiger Entwicklung und Beschaffungs-Management zunehmend in den Blickpunkt des Interesses. Der Beitrag legt die erste breite Literaturstudie zum Thema vor. In einer systematischen Erhebung wurden insgesamt 240 Paper und Bücher identifiziert, die in einer qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse ausgewertet wurden. Die wesentlichen Themen lassen dabei in zwei Gruppen unterteilen. Viele Aufgaben, sind denen des „normalen“ Beschaffungs- und Supply Chain Managements vergleichbar. Dazu gehört z.B. eine hervorragende Produkt- und Prozessleistung zu erzielen, um am Markt bestehen zu können. Weiterhin ergeben sich aus der Integration der Nachhaltigkeit besondere Schwerpunkte. So sind hindernde und fördernde Faktoren identifiziert worden, die entscheidend für die erfolgreiche Verknüpfung von Beschaffung- und Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement sind.
