Zusammenfassung
In letzter Zeit wird häufig von der „strategiegerechten Organisation“ gesprochen. Was ist damit gemeint? Das Ziel jeder Strategie ist es, einen nachhaltigen überdurchschnittlichen Wettbewerbsvorteil zu erreichen. Wir wollen im folgenden begründen, daß dieser dadurch erreicht wird, indem die Organisation in einzigartiger Weise koordiniert, orientiert und motiviert Die Handhabung dieser Dimensionen verdeutlichen wir an dem Beispiel der Prozeßorganisation. Wir zeigen, daß dieses erst in jüngster Zeit aktuell gewordene Organisationskonzept durch seine neuartige Regelung der Beziehungen zwischen teilautonomen Teams die Koordinations-, Orientierungs- und Motivationsanforderungen besser löst als traditionelle Organisationskonzepte.
