Die Implantation in Nichthalbleiter hat sich in den letzten Jahren immer mehr neben ihrer klassischen Anwendung zur Dotierung von Halbleitern durchgesetzt. Dabei waren es weniger die ersten Versuche zur Herstellung von SiO2 oder von Si3N4, durch Sauerstoff- oder Stickstoffimplantation in Silicium [258], [759], die Interesse fanden, als vielmehr die beiden Gebiete
