Abstract
In einer amerikanischen Studie wurde einigen Hundert amerikanischen Unternehmungen folgende Frage gestellt:
“Suppose that tomorrow morning your firm had all of its plants, offices, laboratories, warehouses, stores, and all of its equipment — everything, but no personnel except for one individual, namely, the president, and assume that he had to start rebuilding the human organization back to its present level of effectiveness. How much would this task cost expressed in terms of payroll? Would it require onehalf year’s, one year’s, two year’s, five year’s, or ten year’s payroll?“1)
