Zusammenfassung
Die Erfolge der modernen Zellbiologie beruhen wesentlich auf der Anwendung von zwei Methoden:
-
1.
der Elektronenmikroskopie, die uns Kenntnisse über den feineren Bau von Zellen und Geweben verschafft hat, und
-
2.
der fraktionierten Ultrazentrifugation von Zellbestandteilen, das heißt der Isolierung größerer Mengen von reinen Zellorganellen aus Zellhomogenaten.
