Zusammenfassung
Gesundheitsorientierte Führung ist für die Mitarbeitergesundheit eine wichtige Ressource. Doch was passiert mit gesundheitsorientierter Führung in Krisensituationen? Nicht nur die Corona-Pandemie hat deutlich gemacht, mit welchen Herausforderungen Krisensituationen einhergehen. Während die Gesundheit der Beschäftigten in Krisen bedroht ist, fehlen Führungskräften häufig die notwendigen Ressourcen, um die Mitarbeitergesundheit zu schützen. Zudem wäre es denkbar, dass der positive Effekt gesundheitsorientierter Führung durch eine Krise überschattet wird und wirkungslos verpufft. Die Forschungsergebnisse zeigen, dass das Ausmaß gesundheitsorientierter Führung in Krisen tatsächlich abnimmt, jedoch auch, dass gesundheitsorientierte Mitarbeiterführung in Krisensituationen besonders wichtig und entscheidend für die Mitarbeitergesundheit ist. Am Ende des Kapitels werden konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen gegeben, die sich für gesundheitsorientierte Führung in Krisensituationen ableiten lassen.
