Zusammenfassung

In einer multiperspektivischen qualitativen Studie wurde aus der Sicht von Senior:innen, Angehörigen, diplomierten Pflegefachpersonen und Hausärzt:innen untersucht, wie es zur Nutzung und Nicht-Nutzung digitaler Hilfsmittel, am Beispiel persönlicher Alarmierungsgeräte, kommt. Die beiden empirisch entwickelten Prozesse, der Legitimierungs- und der Verhandlungsprozess, zeigen auf, welche Rolle Gesundheitsfachpersonen und insbesondere die professionelle ambulante Pflege in der Nutzung digitaler Hilfsmittel spielen.
