Zusammenfassung

Die Digitalisierung insgesamt, speziell jedoch mobile Endgeräte und deren Anwendungen, brachten im Verkehrssektor eine neue Form von Dienstleistern hervor: Plattformbetreiber. Ähnlich wie in anderen Wirtschaftsbereichen – beispielsweise der Hotelbranche oder dem Interneteinzelhandel – verstehen sich Plattformbetreiber als Vermittler zwischen einem Kunden und einem Dienstleister.
