Zusammenfassung

Internet- und mobilbasierte Interventionen (IMIs) stellen eine vielversprechende Behandlungsmöglichkeit für affektive Störungen dar. Insbesondere für die Versorgung bei depressiven Störungen ergeben sich zahlreiche Möglichkeiten mit einer wissenschaftlich gut belegten Wirksamkeit. Bei einer Vielfalt von Einsatzmöglichkeiten bergen vor allem begleitete Angebote sowie Blended-Ansätze als Kombination von IMIs mit herkömmlicher Vor-Ort-Therapie ein großes Potenzial. Offene Fragen in der Forschung beschäftigen sich unter anderem mit Wirkmechanismen und der differenziellen Wirksamkeit mit dem weiterführenden Ziel einer individualisierten Behandlung. Im Hinblick auf die bestehende Versorgungslücke bei der Versorgung depressiver Personen in Deutschland ist die weitere Implementierung von wissenschaftlich untersuchten IMIs in die Routineversorgung ein bedeutsames Ziel.
