Zusammenfassung

Digitale Gesundheitsinterventionen bieten viele Möglichkeiten, Ernährungsverhalten und Diäthalten sowie Gesundheit und Wohlbefinden zu fördern. Digitale Ernährungsinterventionen können digitalisiert die Arbeit von Ernährungsberatern, Ärzten und Therapeuten unterstützen und zum Teil übernehmen (Holzmann und Holzapfel 2019). Dabei reichen digitale Lösungen von Interventionen für die Allgemeinbevölkerung ohne gesundheitliche Einschränkungen (Buss et al. 2020) über Lebensstiloptimierungen bei Risikogruppen (Akinosun et al. 2021; David et al. 2022; Wu et al. 2019), Diabetikern (Wu et al. 2019), Kindern oder Jugendlichen und Eltern (Azevedo et al. 2022; Kouvari et al. 2022; Zarnowiecki et al. 2020), Schwangeren (Faessen et al. 2022; Rhodes et al. 2020) sowie Arbeitnehmern (Jung und Cho 2022; Antoun et al. 2022) bis hin zur Versorgungsunterstützung bei Rentnern (Lara et al. 2014), gesundheitlich eingeschränkten Senioren (Marx et al. 2018) und Patienten (Akinosun et al. 2021).
