Zusammenfassung

Digitale Interventionen zur Stressbewältigung haben das Potenzial eine große Anzahl von Betroffenen frühzeitig und niedrigschwellig zu erreichen. Während zu traditionellen Face-to-Face-Interventionen zahlreiche Wirksamkeitsbelege aus Forschung und Praxis vorhanden sind, steht die Erforschung der Wirksamkeit digitaler Interventionen zur Stressbewältigung noch weitgehend am Anfang. Vorhandene wissenschaftliche Evidenz spricht für die Effektivität internetbasierter Stressbewältigungs-Interventionen in der Reduktion von u.a. Stress, depressiven Beschwerden und Angstsymptomen. Mehr hochqualitative Studien zu Wirksamkeit, Kosteneffektivität und Änderungsmechanismen, insbesondere im Bereich der mobilbasierten Stressbewältigung, sind vonnöten. Vor dem Hintergrund der zunehmenden Verbreitung digitaler Angebote stellt die verantwortungsvolle Integration evidenzbasierter Maßnahmen zur Stressbewältigung in das deutsche Gesundheitssystem eine Herausforderung dar.
