Abstract
This chapter deals with the tasks and requirements that concern you as a Feelgood Manager. Basically, a concrete job description for a Feelgood Manager can be designed from the contents of this chapter. What could your daily work as a Feelgood Manager look like? Which tasks could be assigned to you? Of course, you will need some professional and personal competences to be able to fulfill these tasks. This is dealt with in the section Requirements. There, the professional (business and psychological) as well as the personal requirements (which character traits are conducive?) are described. In this way you can determine whether you are already well equipped for this position or whether you should or would still like to build up competencies. Finally, the Feelgood Manager is compared with a business coach. There are many parallels between these two approaches. Knowledge of this can help you in your everyday work as a Feelgood Manager.
