Zusammenfassung

Für den Einsatz von neu entwickelten Fragebögen z. B.in der organisationalen Praxis werden wesentliche psychometrische Eigenschaften wie z. B. Objektivität und Validität ermittelt. Anhand von Daten aus mehreren empirischen Studien wurden diese Eigenschaften auch für den Leadership 4.0 – Fragebogen analysiert. Es folgt eine Zusammenfassung der Ergebnisse zu den psychometrischen Eigenschaften des Instrumentes, die aus Daten der ersten und zweiten Studie (s. Abschn. 3.2) gewonnen werden konnten.
