Zusammenfassung

Zunächst wird auf die Herausforderungen bisheriger Ansätze der Personalführung eingegangen. Anschließend wird der Inhalt des Modells vorgestellt, indem die vier Facetten des Führungsstils L4.0 beschrieben werden. Im letzten Abschnitt wird L4.0 zu anderen Ansätzen und Messinstrumenten der Personalführung abgegrenzt.
