Zusammenfassung
Ein aktives Socializing ist im heutigen Berufsalltag nicht mehr wegzudenken, ob online/virtuell oder analog, es ist erfolgsentscheidend, an andere Menschen andocken und einen Zugang zu ihnen aufbauen zu können. In diesem Kapitel wird zunächst skizziert, warum Socializing so bedeutsam ist, was man unter Socializing im Einzelnen versteht und welche Fähigkeiten zu seinem Erfolg beitragen. Abschließend wird aufgezeigt, wie das in Kontakt kommen konkret gelingen kann, auch in Zeiten von Social Distancing.
