Zusammenfassung
Die tatsächliche Umsetzung des Systems Engineering obliegt den an der Entwicklung beteiligten Personen. Daher wird in diesem Kapitel das dritte Kernelement des Systems Engineering beschrieben: der Systems Engineer (m/w/d). Der Systems Engineer verantwortet die Systems Engineering Umsetzung und bearbeitet die dafür erforderlichen Aufgaben. Da das große Spektrum an Verantwortlichkeiten und Aufgaben nicht von einer einzigen Person bewältigt werden kann, werden die Systems Engineering Rollen auf mehrere Schultern verteilt. Jede verteilte Rolle trägt dazu bei, Systems Engineering in die industrielle Praxis zu bringen.
Das im Folgenden erläuterte Rollenmodell umfasst eine vollständige Übersicht über die Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten im Systems Engineering und dient als Referenz für die bedarfsgerechte Zuordnung von Rollen innerhalb der Unternehmensorganisation. Damit ist das Rollenmodell des Systems Engineers der Schlüssel für die organisatorische SE-Befähigung eines Unternehmens und seiner Entwicklungsteams.
