Abstract

Hypothesis is a term that is often used in statistics and research, but sometimes it seems that it is still not entirely clear to people. Even lecturers sometimes have a wrong idea of what a hypothesis is. A hypothesis is basically something very simple. Plainly spoken, it is just a translation of the research question into a testable statement. At the same time, however, a hypothesis is also something quite grand.
