Zusammenfassung

Bereits in der frühen Phase der neurologischen Rehabilitation spielt die Wahl der richtigen Therapieintervention eine besondere Rolle für die Wiederherstellung der Steh- und Gehfähigkeit und somit für die Teilhabe am Leben. In den letzten Jahren etablierten sich Behandlungskonzepte mit unterstützender Technik und Therapierobotern, im Sinne von Balance- oder Gangtrainer. Diese, ermöglichen rasches motorisches Lernen und einen großen Zugewinn der Gangfähigkeit durch eine hohe Anzahl an Repetition des Bewegungsmusters. Graphische Interaktionsmöglichkeiten durch ein benutzerfreundliches User-Interface sollen eine Schnittstelle zwischen Patient, Therapeut und Roboter darstellen. Hohe Trainingsmotivation wird oftmals durch ein direktes Feedback zur Trainingsleistung mittels aufgabenorientierter Spiele geboten.
