Zusammenfassung
Akinese, Rigor, Tremor und Dystonien zählen zu den extrapyramidalen Störungsbildern und zeigen keine Affektion der Pyramidenbahnen. Eine Akinese mit einem Rigor oder einem Tremor sind die Kennzeichen eines Parkinson-Syndroms, das unterschiedliche Ätiologien aufweist. Die multimodalen Therapien für diese Störungsbilder bestehen aus den aktivierenden Therapien, der Pharmakotherapie und den gerätegestützten Therapieverfahren. Diese Behandlungsansätze werden – insbesondere bei dem Parkinson-Syndrom – nicht seriell, sondern parallel angewendet.
