Zusammenfassung

Ein operativer Schwangerschaftsabbruch (opSAB) im 1. Trimenon ist ein Eingriff, der sowohl in allgemeiner als auch in lokaler Anästhesie erfolgen kann. Der opSAB sollte immer mit der Vakuumaspiration und nicht per Kürettage erfolgen [1]. Bei der Vakuumaspiration wird der Uterus mithilfe eines Plastikröhrchens unter Sog entleert. Zur Vermeidung von Zervixverletzungen beim Dilatieren erfolgt eine Prämedikation mit Misoprostol. Ab Ende des 1. Trimenon sollte zusätzlich mit Mifepriston vorbehandelt werden.
