Zusammenfassung

Infektionen sind im Rahmen einer gestörten Frühschwangerschaft oder eines Schwangerschaftsabbruchs insgesamt sehr selten. Dies gilt für alle Vorgehensweisen. Lediglich für das operative Verfahren wird in den meisten Leitlinien eine kurze prophylaktische Antibiotikagabe empfohlen. Da eine aszendierende Infektion sowohl eine akut bedrohliche Situation werden als auch Folgeerscheinungen wie Tubenadhäsionen haben kann, muss zeitnah antibiotisch therapiert werden.
