Zusammenfassung
Ein doppelter Ureter ist eine ipsilaterale Doppelbildung der oberen Harnwege. Ein ektoper Harnleiter liegt vor, wenn der Harnleiter keine Mündung im Sinne eines Ostiums in die Harnblase vorweist, sondern außerhalb der Harnblase mündet. Eine Ureterozele bezeichnet eine zystische Aufweitung des distalen Ureteranteils im intravesikalen submukösen Anteil. Doppelnieren sind meistens symptomlos und werden in der Vielzahl intrauterin diagnostiziert. Bei assoziierten Fehlbildungen können fieberhafte Harnwegsinfektionen durch Reflux oder Obstruktion, Miktionsbeschwerden, Restharn, Inkontinenz, Drang, Schmerzen, Gedeihstörungen, Entwicklungsverzögerung, Bauchschmerzen auftreten. Bei der Diagnostik steht die Sonografie an erster Stelle, für weitere Fragestellungen auch Miktionszysturethrogramm, MAG-III-bzw. DMSA-Szintigraphie, MR-Urographie sowie ggf. Vaginoskopie und Zystoskopie. Eine Therapie erfolgt nur bei assoziierter Pathologie.
