Abstract
The Plaintiff paid to operate a motorboat at a resort, where she was accompanied by an uncertified and unqualified staff member. As a result, the Plaintiff was instructed to operate the boat without any formal training. The Plaintiff bumped her chin and suffered injuries, which resulted in three lost teeth, cuts to her chin and missed work for 30 days.
