Abstract
The Plaintiff as the Defendant’s employee claimed that the Defendant should pay him maintenance and cure for the injuries he suffered while working on the Defendant’s ship. The Defendant argued that he should not be liable because the injuries were caused by the Plaintiff’s own gross negligence.
