Abstract
Plaintiff-lender, Bank of China Ningbo Branch, sued Defendant-borrower, China National Electronic Import & Export Ningbo Company (“CEIEC Ningbo”), and two others, Zhejiang Jiaolong Group Co., Ltd. and Chenye Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., for breach of contract. Plaintiff entered into two Floating Capital Loan Contracts with CEIEC Ningbo for RMB 77 million and RMB 40 million plus interest, respectively.
