Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel wird die Qualität der Suchergebnisse aus zwei unterschiedlichen Blickwinkeln betrachtet: Zum einen geht es darum, wie man als Suchender die Qualität der einzelnen von einer Suchmaschine angezeigten Ergebnisse beurteilen kann; zum anderen geht es um wissenschaftliche Verfahren, mit denen sich die Qualität der von Suchmaschinen ausgegebenen Suchergebnisse systematisch bewerten und vergleichen lässt.
