Zusammenfassung
New Ways of Working fordert uns nicht nur persönlich heraus, sondern auch die Organisation, in der wir arbeiten. Denn mobiles, flexibles und virtuelles Arbeiten verändert sowohl die interne Unternehmenskommunikation als auch die Kommunikation im Team. Obwohl virtuelle Meetings im Homeoffice oft effizienter sind als vor Ort im Büro, gehen dabei soziale Unterstützung und informelle Beziehungsarbeit verloren. Deshalb müssen der soziale Austausch und die Teamarbeit aktiv gefördert und geplant werden. Führungskräfte können bei Homeoffice nicht mehr auf altbewährte Kontrollmechanismen zurückgreifen, sondern müssen mehr auf Vertrauen und Leistung setzen. Das erfordert ein tiefes Umdenken in der Organisation, eine neue Art der Führung sowie eine moderne, offene und diverse Organisationskultur.
