Zusammenfassung
Die Ellenbogensteife stellt die häufigste Komplikation nach konservativer und operativer Therapie von Ellenbogenverletzungen dar. Die arthroskopische Arthrolyse hat in den letzten Jahren einen immer höheren Stellenwert als minimalinvasive Alternative zur offenen Arthrolyse eingenommen. Mittlerweile können bei einem Großteil der Fälle vergleichbare Ergebnisse bei niedrigen Komplikationsraten erreicht werden.
