Zusammenfassung
Schon zu Beginn des therapeutischen Prozesses hat der Therapeut die Klient*innenwünsche oder -ziele abgefragt und dokumentiert. Durch die zusätzliche Sammlung von Informationen über die Performanz der Betätigung, Ausprägung der Symptome, Gestaltung der Umwelt und sonstige wichtige Faktoren hat der Therapeut ein umfassendes Bild der Situation erfasst. Nun wird ein oder mehrere Ziele nach den SMART-Regeln erfasst. Sie sind S-pezifisch, M-essbar, A-kzeptiert, R-ealistisch und T-erminiert.
