Zusammenfassung
Nach Durchführung der Betätigungsanalyse und der Hypothesenbildung ist meist schon ein sinnvoller therapeutischer Ansatz erkennbar. In einzelnen Fällen wird eine Untersuchung von zugrunde liegenden Einschränkungen auf der Körperfunktionsebene notwendig. Dazu dienen z. B. die Testung von Bradykinese, Rigor, Tremor und posturaler Stabilität. Zusätzlich können parkinsontypische körperliche Beschwerden, funktionelle Einschränkungen, Kognition, Lebensqualität, Alltagskompetenzen und die Medikamentenwirkungen erfasst werden.
