Zusammenfassung
Sobald der Therapeut den Betätigungswunsch der Klientin ermittelt hat, muss er die Betätigung analysieren. Die genaue Beobachtung der Klientin bei der Ausführung ihrer problematischen Betätigung im Rahmen einer Betätigungsanalyse ist für moderne Ergotherapeuten unumgänglich. Es ist der zentrale Inhalt des Top-Down-Ansatzes, denn nur bei der Betätigungsanalyse ist das komplexe Zusammenspiel zwischen der Betätigung und allen situativen Kontextfaktoren erkennbar. Zur Hypothesenbildung weitet der Therapeut den Fokus auf alle situativen Kontextfaktoren, die auf eine Betätigung einwirken aus.
