Zusammenfassung
Welche Interventionsmethoden in welcher Kombination und Reihenfolge umgesetzt werden, fällt in die Expertise des Therapeuten und kann nicht pauschal festgelegt werden. Die flexible und individuelle Kombination verschiedener Interventionen macht sogar die einzigartige ergotherapeutische Wirkungsweise aus und sollte ausdrücklich das Mittel der Wahl sein. Bei der Auswahl der Interventionsmethode sollte auf folgende Faktoren geachtet werden: Krankheitsphase, kognitive Kompetenzen der Klientin, prognostische Einschätzung des Therapeuten, Grad der Motivation, Zeitaufwand, Wunsch der Klientin und Wunsch betroffener Dritter (Angehörige, Pflege).
