Zusammenfassung
Die hohe Präzision und Reproduzierbarkeit des Femtosekundenlasers ist insbesondere bei den kornealen Inzisionen von Vorteil. In diesem Kapitel werden die intraoperativen Besonderheiten bei den kornealen Inzisionen und die Behandlungsoptionen einer Hornhautverkrümmung mittels antiastigmatischer Keratotomien besprochen. Neben den Fehlerquellen, die der Operateur verursachen kann, werden auch die unterschiedlichen Nomogramme für die antiastigmatischen Keratotomien erläutert. Die Kapsulorhexis ist ein wesentlicher Schritt in der Linsenchirurgie. Sie ist nicht nur Voraussetzung für eine optimale Implantation der Intraokularlinse in den Kapselsack, sondern auch wichtig für die Durchführung einer sicheren Phakoemulsifikation.
Der Femtosekundenlaser ist in der Lage, die Prozedur der vorderen Kapseleröffnung als sogenannte vordere Kapsulotomie komplett zu übernehmen. Mit dem Femtosekundenlaser kann die natürliche Linse vorfragmentiert werden. Dafür können verschiedene Fragmentierungsmuster ausgewählt werden.
