Zusammenfassung
Peer Streit, Oberstleutnant der Bundeswehr und Bundeswehrpilot, gibt Auskunft darüber, wie Selbstüberschätzung im Team zu Fehlern führt und wie möglichst abgewogene Entscheidungen im Team erreicht werden können. Wir stellen dar, wie Gruppendenken und Stress die Wahrscheinlichkeit von Fehlentscheidungen erhöht, dass Gruppen risikoreichere Entscheidungen treffen als Einzelne, und was man dagegen tun kann.
