Zusammenfassung
Klaus Hahnenkamp, Ärztlicher Direktor der Klinik für Anästhesiologie der Universitätsmedizin Greifswald, berichtet von Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Abgrenzung und Konflikten auf Team- und Organisationsebene. Wir zeigen auf, dass soziale Vergleiche sowohl zur Annäherung an als auch zur Abgrenzung von anderen Menschen dienen, dass Konflikte Teams nicht nur bremsen, sondern auch besser machen können – und dass große Fische sich manchmal in kleinen Teichen besonders wohlfühlen.
