Peter Klett, Vorstandsvorsitzender Weser-Elbe Sparkasse, berichtet über Erfahrungen mit der Umwandlung seines Unternehmens in eine agile Organisation. Wir informieren über Auswirkungen von Agilität auf Unternehmensstrukturen und Führungskompetenzen, heben die Bedeutung von Unternehmertum auf allen Ebenen des Unternehmens hervor und zeigen Grenzen von Agilität auf.
