Zusammenfassung

Das grundsätzliche Prinzip der Elektrophorese, als Wanderung geladener Teilchen im elektrischen Feld definiert, wurde zuerst von Kohlrausch (1897) beschrieben. Tiselius entwickelte 1930 die Elektrophorese als Analysenmethode für Proteine und erhielt 1948 für seine Arbeiten den Nobelpreis.
