Zusammenfassung
Gewebeuntersuchung werden zur Erweiterung der üblicherweise klinischen lymphologischen Diagnostik selten verwendet. Jedoch zeigen neuartige bildgebende Verfahren – mehr als zu erwarten war – eine feinere Differenzierung und Klassifikationen bekannt geglaubter Entitäten. Eine moderne lymphologische Befunderfassung wird konzertiert vorgehen: Das Gewebe durch 3D-Histologie und die Gefäße durch MRL untersuchen, den Befund molekulargenetisch bestätigen. Dem Ziel der frühzeitigen Aufdeckung der Erkrankung und zielgerichtet die bestmögliche Behandlung anzuwenden sind die Lymphologen auch mit der 3D-Histologie einige Schritte nähergekommen.
